This is a support group with a twist - whilst sharing our stories, challenges, struggles and hints and tips for managing our symptoms, we will also be creating together in the form of drawing, doodling or crafting.

You will learn some therapeutic doodling and colouring tasks designed for awareness and growth to help manage your symptoms.

Bring along your favourite sketch book and art supplies and create freely together. (materials also provided)
